Sunset Trails Homestead: Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our homestead in Springbrook, Wisconsin.

Processing time. Most orders ship within [3-5] business days. Soaps are cured and lotions are made in small batches, so an item that is out of stock may take up to [2] weeks. We will email you if your order will be delayed.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally.

Carriers and rates. We ship with [USPS / UPS]. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. 

Tracking. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Weather. Lotions and balms can melt or separate in extreme heat and can freeze in extreme cold. In summer and deep winter we may hold or delay a shipment for a few days to protect your order, and we will let you know.

Lost or delayed packages. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If tracking shows no movement for [7] days, contact us and we will file a claim and work with you on a replacement or refund.

Address errors. Please check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you entered, but we will help you try to recover them.

Local pickup. Customers near Springbrook can choose local pickup at checkout at no charge. We will email you the pickup time and place once your order is ready. Eggs, sourdough, and cajeta are available for local pickup only
